SA DIASPORA to Senator Hope Uzodimma, receives an intersate recognition with a ‘PLATINUM Award Of Excellence In Human Capacity Development’. During the same event she gives an outstanding lecture titled ‘Role Of Youths For A Sustainable Development’. The Diaspora Face of Imo thanks the National Youth Council Of Nigeria (Abia State, East Chapter), for the prestigious recognition.
Hon. Councillor Celia Osakwe-Hibbert was invited specially as a Guest Speaker all the way from Imo State to give a lecture to the young people on the theme: ‘Role Of Youths For A Sustainable Development’…SA DIASPORA opens her lecture saying that “I believe there couldn’t have been a better choice of Speaker on this topic, than an appointee of a Governor who was recently crowned the SDG GOVERNOR of the year in Nigeria.
The young Special Adviser delivers the lecture, drawing a lot of comparisons from life at home versus life in the Diaspora. The essence of the lecture is to bolster the aspirations and expectations of the youths.
It is also impressive to note that irrespective of the #EndSars protests that the majority of youths are ready to engage constructively.
