It was indeed a glorious day for Ladies Christian League Society, as they celebrated their 33rd Anniversary on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Anglican Church of the Ascension, Opebi, Ikeja.
The Purple Ladies were filled with joy as they inducted new members and the new executives.
It was a day filled with class, glamour and thanksgiving.
The President of the Society, Sis. Belinda Amao appreciated their Matrons and Patrons who have stood by them over the years, mentoring and offering guidance to them. She specialy thanked the Vicar and other Clergies and their families for their prayers and for providing pastoral guidance and spiritual direction to them as a society.
She also thanked the church workers, the 2022 Harvest Committee and all who in one way or the other contributed to their growth and wellbeing of the society during the year.
It was an opportunity for them to celebrate, network and thank God for taking them this far.
