Bola Ramos  is a visionary entrepreneur and sustainability advocate dedicated to driving positive change in the fashion industry. As the founder of Bosh Designs and Why Waste it Limited, a sustainable and circular fashion brand, she leads initiatives to promote environmental consciousness and ethical practices within the fashion sector.

Bola is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, where she majored in Demography and Social Statistics. Her academic background has equipped her with a strong foundation in data analysis and social research. With a diverse background spanning telecommunications and tech retail, Bola has held various leadership roles primarily in HR and Supply Chain management. She has excelled as a People and Culture Unit Head, Process & Compliance Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, and Senior Supplier Management Officer, demonstrating her versatility and ability to drive operational excellence.

Bola is a certified Project Manager and Business Analyst, showcasing her commitment to professional development and expertise in project management methodologies. Her outstanding contributions have been recognized, notably being awarded as one of the fastest-growing SMEs in 2017 by Businessday. She is also an alumna of the Enterprise Development Center of Nigeria and a beneficiary of the Oxfam WIP program in the Netherlands.

Driven by her passion for sustainability, Bola actively engages in mentorship and advocacy initiatives. She has served as a two-time mentor for the SheVenture Mentorship Programme by FCMB, empowering aspiring entrepreneurs to achieve their goals. Through the Why Waste It Academy and Switch Community, Bola leverages her expertise to inspire and educate youths and teenagers on environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
