It had in attendance more than 500 students cutting across public and private schools in Lagos State.

The conference was organised for children aged between 10 to 18 years old.

 

There were notable and distinguished guests and speakers who took the children on various topics ranging from moral values and etiquettes, mindset reorientation, character development, purpose discovery to cyber safety, safeguarding and child protection.

The first lady of Lagos State, Her Excellency, Dr Ibijoke Sanwo Olu who was the special guest of honour was ably represented by the wife of the commissioner for budget and economic planning, Mrs Edith Egube.

The keynote speaker was Mr Kelvin Donnelly, a seasoned educationist and principal of the British International School was the Keynote speaker. Other guest speakers were Pastor Laurie Idahosa represented by Pastor Toyin Ubamadu, Dr Oluwajimi Sodipo and Barr. Temi Okeowo.

There were lots of activities like drama, music and dance by students of Queens College and Kings College, Lagos State.

The children had an atmosphere of serenity and warmth were their questions( a lot of them) were answered without criticism or condemnation.

It was indeed a day to remember both for the children and adults.
