When a big thirst strikes,a refreshing smoothie can be the perfect answer.

Recipe :

1 cup orange , 250ml
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt, 125ml
1/2 cup crushed ice,125ml
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk ,125ml
1/2 medium banana
1/2. Cup powdered sugar. 50ml

Method:
1. Place. all ingredients in blender container.

2. Cover and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately
